Martial Arts Style Intuitive Workout">
Today I wanted some higher intensity exercise but also wanted to roll around on the ground a little!!

So I decided a Martial Arts Style workout would be perfect!

I do a nice warm up with some slow and controlled kicks and lunges. Then I move into some footwork and ground rolls, adding in some squat jumps to get my heart rate up. Further in I added a single leg balance sequence with some Yoga poses, splits, and finally some abdominal work to finish strong. A quick meditation at the end makes it a complete practice!
